АТС Saves Thai Fruit Imports to Russia
Air Mail Logistics (ATC Group branch in Thailand) continues to actively arrange regular cargo transportation services on direct flights from Bangkok to Moscow.
In addition to perishables (fruit and vegetables) supplies, frequency-stable direct flights are performed twice a week and allow to organize live tropical fish shipments and regular general cargo deliveries: equipment, consumer goods, e-commerce packages, etc. Royal Flight aircrafts departure from Sheremetyevo to Hong Kong, pick up cargoes and mail, follow to Bangkok, take local cargoes aboard and return to Sheremetyevo. Given that perishable goods constitute the major part of cargo traffic from Thailand, it is a through service between Bangkok and Moscow that has to be ensured.
Against the backdrop of a dramatic reduction in passenger airline service between Russia and Thailand, our solution for permanent freight traffic helps to support trade between countries in industries, where speed and reliability of delivery are key factors. Thai fruit import to Russia had been virtually paralyzed for several months before ATC entered the market with regular flights. Today flights interval does not exceed 3 days allowing to organize smooth deliveries.
In the near future, Air Mail Logistics also plans to start mail pieces delivery in cooperation with South-East Asia Postal Administrations.
