Hong Kong warehouse facility for ecommerce handling

ATC group has 2 warehouses in Hong Kong. One of warehouses focuses on cargo handling, and the other one, belonging to Air Mail & Cargo Limited (an ATC group company) has a focus on mail and ecommerce handling.

June Leung, managing director of Air Mail & Cargo, tells about the facility:

Air Mail & Cargo warehouse is located on the 4/F of ATL Logistics Centre with area of 29,258 square feet.

We handle Air Freight and Sea Freight of Mail, Cargo and E-commerce here.

We are closely co-operated with Hong Kong Post for handling of Cross-border e-commerce shipments.  It has set up onsite workstations in our facility, where Official Postal document is generated, allowing a fast and controllable handling time.

Considering the huge vol. of cross border shipments, an In-house office is arranged for Hong Kong Customs for shipment checking.

In Nov 2020, we have successfully became a qualified RACSF facility (Number : RF0123) under the RACSF scheme launched by Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department.   Such RACSF scheme is facilitating the establishment and operation of air cargo security screening facilities at off-airport locations, each qualified facility must meet specific security requirements.

Our facility is equipped with approved X-ray screening equipment, screening is monitored by qualified screening personnel, as well as 24 Hours CCTV surveillance.  All shipments are x- rayed before loading on the aircraft. 

With effective set up and qualified and professional staff, during the peak season in Nov 2020, over 80 Tonnes is processed in ONE day, which is more than double of the daily average output.
